Rackpal

Lightweight, rackable and very strong. Rackpal® 1208 is the ideal pallet for automated logistics. The Rackpal®'s runners and base design mean that it is silent on conveyors. The perforated top deck promotes optimal airflow in cool chambers and refrigerated trucks. Optional friction plugs on and below the top deck improve the pallet's anti-slip features. Rackpal® is tested according to ISO8611, helping to guarantee the safety of the load and also of operators. Horizontal ribbing firmly holds foil wraps, and the 4 strap hook locations included on the top deck help to secure loads. A version with welded runners is available which meets the specific hygiene requirements of the food processing and pharmaceutical industries. Rackpal® is available with or without a top rim, allowing it to be adapted to the requirements of all intra-logistics, loading and unloading devices. A heavy duty version with reinforced runners is available which offers a 1250kg racking load.
