Completion of the merger of IPL and Schoeller Allibert

IPL and Schoeller Allibert have successfully completed the previously announced merger, creating an international sustainable packaging solutions provider under the new brand, IPL Schoeller.

IPL Schoeller has a manufacturing footprint of 26 locations across North America, Continental Europe and the United Kingdom, with a combined proforma annual revenue of over US $1.4 billion in 2024, and over 4,000 employees.

IPL Schoeller is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland and led by CEO, Alan Walsh.
