VDA KLTs and the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR)

The Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) will generally apply from 12 August 2026. The Regulation sets specific compliance deadlines for individual requirements, with most obligations becoming effective between 12 August 2026 and 2030.

For VDA KLT products placed on the market from 12 August 2026, IPL Schoeller will provide the relevant Declaration of Conformity in line with the requirements of the Regulation.
